You don't have to be in shape to start!! A form of high intensity interval training, ZiaFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movements performed at each individuals fitness level. Each day is a new workout led by a Certified CrossFit Trainer. Our Trainers provide instructions on how to safely perform the daily movements. Need to scale the movements or increase the intensity? No Problem! Each movement can be modified to each athlete's skills.
