Zia Strong Fitness Group Training classes is an affordable, highly personal, and results driven fitness program. With a max of 15 clients per class, small group personal training is a highly effective regimen. Your fitness trainer will lead your group to coach you through exercises on everything from rowers, bikes, , dumbbells, functional training, core and more. Try a class today!

Low Impact Interval Training
Begin a journey to get faster, stronger and healthier. Circuit training suitable for everyone at any kind of fitness level. It is an excellent training program, taking advantage of the body’s natural movements with light weight or only body weight exercises. Don’t hesitate to start today!
Mobility & Recovery
Lead by a Physical Therapist
Join one of our trainers for unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body with mobility exercises. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. Flexibility Training will improve all fitness areas by emphasizing coordination, balance and core strength.
Yoga
Good for the mind, body, & soul

In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
Zumba

Zumba® class is a combination of dance and fitness moves done to a background of exhilarating, international rhythms. The Zumba® formula is 70% Latin music and 30% of anything else.
