ZiaFit Cross Training

Cross-Training
Strengthen and tone your body by letting one of our trainers teach you proper form and varied functional fitness routines. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength. Your body will thank you.
Yoga

Good for the mind, body, & soul
In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
Mobility & Recovery

Led by a Physical Therapist
Join one of our trainers for unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body with mobility exercises. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. Flexibility Training will improve all fitness areas by emphasizing coordination, balance and core strength.

35 Minute Class
In this class, you will perform a variety of movements using body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells, and more. Raise your heartrate and get a quick workout at the end of your day.
