If you have little to no Cross-training experience We offer free intro sessions because gym vibe and expert coaching makes all of the difference. You do not have to be in shape to start. All you have to do is show up and let us guide you to your fitness goals. Message us to visit a class and if you loved your class we can get you on your way to a healthier mind, body, and soul!
VETERAN BOX GO-ERS
If you've been a member of a box and know the difference between a snatch and a thruster this is for you. Out of safety for everyone we do assess that all new members are familiar and proficient in most CrossFit movements.
